  • Personal Checks: Payments by check are accepted and should be made payable to "West Music." Keep in mind that processing your order may take longer while we wait for the check to clear.

  • Money Orders: Similar to checks, money orders should be made out to "West Music" and can be a secure way to complete your transaction.

  • Gift Cards: Use West Music gift cards for full or partial payments, making them a great way to save or to give the gift of music to others. Currently, gift cards are not available for website orders. Please call us at (800) 397-9378 to place an order with a gift card. 

  • Institutional Purchase Orders: We accept purchase orders from verified schools, universities, and organizations. This method is ideal for those who require formal invoicing and need flexibility in managing their budgets.


Important Details

  • Currency: All transactions must be made in U.S. dollars.

  • Returned Checks: If a check is returned, an electronic debit will be made from your checking account for the amount of the check, plus a processing fee between $30 and $50, in accordance with state laws.
