Credit Card
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Paying by card is fast, secure, and gets your order moving quickly. -
Check
Prefer to pay by check? No problem—just send a single check for the full order amount made out to West Music. (We’re not able to accept multiple checks from students or participants.) -
Purchase Order (PO)
Many schools and organizations use POs—just include your PO number when placing your order. Accounts using POs are subject to credit approval, and payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Send purchase orders to service@westmusic.com. -
PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

Partial Shipments
Want us to hold your order until everything is in stock? Just let us know. Otherwise, we’ll ship items as they become available and expect payment on each shipment. -
Backorders
If something’s out of stock, we’ll ship it as soon as it’s back and invoice separately—no need to delay the rest of your order. -
Late Payments
Life happens, but we do need to keep things on track. Unpaid invoices accrue a 1.8% monthly late fee, and accounts 90+ days past due may be paused or referred for collections.
